| Description | Leydig cell failure (LCF) caused by gene mutation results in testosterone deficiency and infertility. To further characterize molecular changes in testis of LCF mouse, we have analyzed four groups mouse testicular cell by bulk RNA-seq technique. The genotype and treatment of four groups are: wild type (WT), Lhcgr+/- (HE), Lhcgr-/- (KO), Lhcgr -/- after gene therapy (GT). There are 3 samples in each group. |
