Description A retrospective analysis of 149 FUO inpatients who all underwent mNGS and routine pathogen detection in the Department of Infectious Diseases, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from January 1st, 2019 to July 30th, 2021 was conducted.
