Title Proximity biotnylation of proteins by APT1-TurboID
Description TurboID was endogenously fused at the C-terminus of APT1 for labeling of proximal proteins by incubation of the parasites with 500 uM biotin for 90 minutes. Biotinylated proteins were purified for mass-spectrometry analysis, to generate the datasets, which is attached here.
