Title Proteomic Characterization of PAMs with PRRSV-ADE Infection
Description In this study,The results showed that 6813 proteins were identified and quantified by the unique peptide. Based on t-test (the fold change of PRRSV-ICs/PRRSV-NI ratio was greater than 1.2 or less than 0.87 (P<0.05)), a total of 3935 differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) (2004 up-regulated expressed proteins and 1931 down-regulated expressed proteins) were obtained.Based on GO function annotation, KEEG pathway annotation and PPI analysis, we found that PRRSV-ADE infection significantly decreased the expression of ribosome large and small subunits and proteasome complex subunits, and increased the expression of mitochondrial respiratory chain complex subunits. Furthermore, it was worth noting that we found that PRRSV-ADE infection also significantly inhibited many innate immune signal pathways and down-regulated the expression of many antiviral proteins through the comparative analysis of the proteomic data in this study.
