Title Single-cell analysis reveals cellular heterogeneity and novel therapeutic targets in relapsed/refractory AML
Description To explore the intratumoral heterogeneity and identify potential therapeutic targets for RR-AML, we performed scRNA-seq on bone marrow specimens from seven AML patients who were short-term relapsed or primary refractory after cytarabine-based chemotherapy.
