Title Proteome analysis of clear cell renal cell carcinoma develop a prognostic classifier associated with thrombus
Description Proteomic analysis showed 597 tumorigenesis-associated significant differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) and 508 invasion-associated DEPs. These detected invasion-associated DEPs showed unique enrichment in DNA replication, lysine degradation, and PPAR signaling pathway.
