Subtyping of immune cells in colorectal cancer and related functional mechanisms
Title | Subtyping of immune cells in colorectal cancer and related functional mechanisms |
---|---|
Description | This study aims to accurately classify the immune cells in colorectal cancer (CRC), adjacent tissues and peripheral blood, and to investigate the functions and potential molecular mechanisms of different immune cell subsets in the occurrence and development of CRC at the single-cell transcriptome level. At the same time, metabolomics, metagenomics and animal models are used to explore the effects of specific mutations or metabolic molecules on the immune response and function of immune cells. |
