hDPSC-loaded GelMA microsphere regenerates dental pulp
Title | hDPSC-loaded GelMA microsphere regenerates dental pulp |
---|---|
Description | Dental pulp regeneration is an ideal therapy for irreversible pulp lesions or periapical lesions. In situ stem cell therapy is most ideal in stem cell therapy. We provide an atlas of the conventionally extracted and monolayer cultured dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs) with single-cell RNA sequencing. Monolayer cultured dental pulp cells cluster more closely together than non-cultured dental pulp cells, suggesting a lower heterogeneous population with relatively constant clusters and similar cellular composition. We successfully layer-by-layer fabricate hDPSC-loaded microspheres on a digital light processing (DLP) printer. hDPSC-loaded microspheres have improved stemness and higher multi-directional differentiation potential, including angiogenic, neurogenic and odontogenic differentiation. |
