1Summary
Title Lipogenesis activity of tumor spheres and adherent cells
Description To confirm the specific lipogenesis activity, tumor spheres and adherent cells were tested for intracellular acetyl-CoA and lipid accumulation based on UPLC-MS/MS. Human NSCLC cell line A549 and Tumor-spheres derived from the patient diagnosed as NSCLC. 10^6 cells of each sample (three biological replicates per group) were taken for lipid quantification.
