Title Single cell multi-omics research of immune escape mechanism in hepatocellular carcinoma
Description The development of single cell sequencing and single cell omics has attracted people's attention. The development of new technologies has led to many new insights into complex biological systems, including human cancer. The new technology provides a high-throughput method to explore cell heterogeneity, which helps us to discover new cell types, further understand the expression regulation mechanism during the growth and differentiation of tumor cells, and then discover new therapeutic options to strengthen disease control, reduce drug resistance, and improve patient prognosis.
