Description | The remittance data is based on the existing data of the research group and is the structural information in the form of the combination of Rab9A-GTP and Nde1. Diffraction data were collected from Shanghai Synchrotron radiation Facility BL19U1, Blu-Ice was used as control and data acquisition software, and HKL2000 was used for processing. The crystal structure of Rab9A-GTP complex with Nde1 was analyzed using MR Method in Phenix. Coot is used for model construction, Phenix is used for structure refinement, and all statistical values are within a reasonable range. |
