Title Structure of Rab9a and its complex with effector Nde1
Description The remittance data is based on the existing data of the research group and is the structural information in the form of the combination of Rab9A-GTP and Nde1. Diffraction data were collected from Shanghai Synchrotron radiation Facility BL19U1, Blu-Ice was used as control and data acquisition software, and HKL2000 was used for processing. The crystal structure of Rab9A-GTP complex with Nde1 was analyzed using MR Method in Phenix. Coot is used for model construction, Phenix is used for structure refinement, and all statistical values are within a reasonable range.
