Description | The submitted data is based on the existing data of the research group, which is the structural information of HBO1-BRPF2 apo in the form of complexes with propionyl-CoA, butyryl-CoA, crotonyl-CoA and succinyl-CoA. Diffraction data were collected at Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility BL17U1 and National Institute of Protein Science BL19U1, and processed with HKL2000 or HKL3000. All crystal structures were solved by the molecular replacement (MR) method using the HBO1-BRPF2 complex (PDB code 5GK9) structure as the search model. Coot was used for model building and Refmac5 and Phenix for structure refinement. Structural analyzes were performed using programs in CCP4. All statistical values are within reasonable limits. |
