Data for CMD1 and its complexes with substrates or cofactors

OMIX003564

1Summary
Title Data for CMD1 and its complexes with substrates or cofactors
Description The submitted data is based on the existing data of the research group, which is the structural information of the form of CMD1 apo, the form combined with DNA and/or vitamin C. Diffraction data were collected at Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility BL17U1 or National Institute of Protein Science BL18U and BL19U1, using Blu-Ice as control and data acquisition software, and using HKL2000 for processing. The crystal structure of Se-Met derivative CMD1 was solved using the SAD method in Phenix. All other structures were solved by MR methods using the Se-Met derivative CMD1 or apo CMD1 structure as a search model. Coot was used for model construction, Refmac5 and Phenix were used for structure refinement, and all statistical values were within a reasonable range.
