| Title |
Single cell RNA sequencing of patients with Richter's syndrome |
| Description |
One CLL patient was diagnosed with CLL and received treatment with fludarabine, cyclophosphamide, and rituximab regimens. Three years later, he was diagnosed with RS. To dissect the precise molecular mechanism of RS, and to identify clonal architecture and candidate driver genes of RS, we performed high-throughput RNA sequencing at the single-cell level. Paired samples of peripheral blood mononuclear cells and the Richter transformed lymphonodus tissue of the patient were analyzed for cell type-specific transcriptional changes by single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq). |
