| Description | Two-week old sterilized Arabidopsis seedlings were used to conduct the widely targeted metabolite analysis. The freeze-dried whole plants were ground and extracted with prechilled 80% methanol/water. Four independent biological replicates for each treatment were conducted. Each replicate was obtained by pooling samples from at least three plants. |
