| Description | We leveraged single-cell RNA and B cell receptor (BCR) sequencing to chart the gene expression and immunoglobulin repertoire of tumor-infiltrating B-lineage cells from glioblastoma patients. Live, single B-lineage cells (gating: 7-AAD-, CD45+, CD19+) from glioblastoma patient tumor tissue were sorted. The viability and number of purified B-lineage cells were assessed using trypan blue (ThermoFisher Scientific) (at least 90% live cells). The harvested cells were immediately used for scRNA-seq and scBCR-seq library construction using the 10X Genomics protocol. |
