Title Proteins expressed in GSCs and GBMs
Description Glioblastoma (GBM) is a lethal primary brain tumor with limited response to radiotherapy in part due to GBM stem cells (GSCs). Here, we screened proteins specifically expressed in GSCs and GBMs using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) with two GSCs and their matched NSTCs, as well as four freshly dissociated human GBM cells and non-malignant immortalized normal human astrocytes (NHAs).
