Title Single-cell Multi-omics Analysis of Human Testicular Germ Cell Tumor Reveals its Molecular Features and Microenvironment
Description We used single-cell multi-omics squencing to explore the molecular features and microenvironment of testicular germ cell tumor. These data contain single-cell RNA-seq, Spatial transcriptome sequencing data and scATAC-seq data. We have analyzed and processed these data upstream in CellRanger, and can directly use R or python, etc. for downstream analysis and exploration.
