1Summary
Title Metabolomics and Metagenomics Reveal the Impact of gd T Inhibition on Gut Microbiota and Metabolism in Periodontitis-Promoting OSCC
Description In this study, a mouse model of OSCC with periodontitis was established in which gdT cells were inhibited by antibodies. Gut samples from mice were collected and analyzed by metabolomics. The analysis showed that targeting gdT resulted in changes in the levels of metabolites associated with intestinal cancer.
