| Title | Transcriptomic sequencing of colorectal cancer |

| Description | Bulk RNA derived from 31 pre-treatment and 4 post-treatment tumor tissue samples were extracted and sequencing on Illumina Novaseq 6000 with paired end 150bp mode. Raw sequencing reads were preprocessed by fastp v0.12.6. for subsequent analysis, and then filtered reads were aligned to hg38 reference genome using Hisat2 (version 2.2.0) and further assembled using StringTie2 (version 2.2.1). Gene-expression profiles were compared to elucidate potential transcriptional signatures that are associated with immunotherapy complete response. |
