Title Megakaryocytes regulate the development of hematopoietic stem cell precursors
Description this project intends to use a megakaryocyte specific reporter mouse model to analyze the developmental dynamics of megakaryocytes at different hematopoietic sites and to describe the regulation of megakaryocytes on embryonic hematopoiesis and the cell types interacted with megakaryocytes by using the megakaryocyte ablation mouse model; the corresponding hematopoietic-related cell types and megakaryocytes will be sorted for single-cell omics analysis and the molecules that megakaryocytes regulate hematopoiesis will be discovered. Combined with the in vitro and in vivo research methods of hematopoietic stem cells, the targeted molecules of megakaryocytes in regulating hematopoietic development at different sites will be described and the new molecular mechanism of hematopoietic development regulation will be explained, which provides a new technological breakthrough for the in vitro regeneration of hematopoietic stem cells and promotes the development of regenerative medicine.
