| Description | Due to the increasing amount of plastic waste, microplastics from weathered plastics are widely distributed in various environments, attracting more public attention. The microplastics accumulated in the soil can be absorbed by plants and affect their growth and development. Previous studies have been studied extensively on the response of plants to microplastic stress, mainly focusing on herbaceous plants, such as model plants, important crops, and horticultural plants. However, the response of woody plants to microplastic stress is relatively limited. RAN-seq was performed to uncover the molecular mechanisms of G.biloba to response to PSNP. |
