Title RNA-seq on ovarian cancer tissues
Description To gain insight into the potential genes modifying the effect of CDK4/6i, we first constructed 15 patient-derived OC organoid models. A portion of each sample was used to probe the drug efficiency of TQB3616, a novel CDK4/6i recently progressed from the laboratory. The remaining tissue was then subjected to RNA-seq analysis
