Title N-terminal acetylome of Osnaa15 and WT in rice
Description Wild-type ZH11 and Osnaa15 seedlings were grown in climate chambers under 25°C and 35°C or two weeks. The total soluble proteins of the seedling were extracted, and N-terminal protein acetylation was quantified as described in Linster et al. (Linster, E. et al. Downregulation of N-terminal acetylation triggers ABA-mediated drought responses in Arabidopsis. Nat. Commun. 6, 7640 (2015)). A total of three biological replicates (rep) and two technical repeats (tec) for each treatment were done. Three fractions (fra) of each sample were mixed to be analyzed. Data were published in Li et al., 2024 (N-terminal acetylation orchestrates glycolate-mediated ROS homeostasis to promote rice thermoresponsive growth, DOI: 10.1111/nph.19928).
