| Description | In this study, pond-cultured yellow catfish with market-size were released into rice fields for depuration during the rice growth period. The intestinal flora and muscle metabolites of the experimental yellow catfish were analyzed using 16S rDNA and GC-MS. The potential mechanism of intestinal flora regulating muscle metabolites and quality in yellow catfish during RFSD treatment was investigated, which help us to determine the appropriate treatment time to improve flesh quality of yellow catfish. |
