Title DNA methyation profiles of pancreatic tissue
Description A total of 16 pancreatic tissue samples were collected from the patients who underwent resection surgery at Zhejiang Cancer Hospital, including 8 tumors and 8 adjacent nonmalignant pancreatic tissues. DNA methylation data was detected by Infinium Human methylation EPIC BeadChip (850k) microarray, and the raw fluorescence information data of DNA methylation was in IDAT files.
