Title scRNA-seq Profiling of Infrapatellar Fat Pad and subcutaneous adipose
Description scRNA-seq profiling of infrapatellar fat pad (IFP), with 5 IFP samples of osteoarthritis patients and 5 IFP samples of normal control. Additionally, we conducted sequencing of subcutaneous adipose tissue in two cases, one from the OA group and one from the NC group. We offer the matrix file generated by Cell Ranger (version 6.0.1).
