Title Immunomodulatory potential of endometrial stromal cells (EnSCs) after IFNy stimulation
Description To assess the immunomodulatory properties of endometrial stromal cells (EnSCs), we stimulated cultured EnSCs (n=3 donors) with or without the pro-inflammatory cytokine IFN for 2 days, and then performed bulk RNA transcriptome analysis, respectively.
