Description | Floccularia luteovirens is a rare wild edible and medicinal fungus unique to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. In this study, metabolomics was used to investigate the differences in quality and antioxidant capacity of Floccularia luteovirens from different regions, to provide a reference for the development and utilization of Floccularia luteovirens. Metabolomic analysis was performed using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) following established protocols. Quality control samples were prepared by pooling equal volumes of each sample to assess the stability and reproducibility of the untargeted metabolic analysis. The current untargeted metabolic analysis was performed LC-MS.For LC-MS, an ACQUITY UPLC I-Class plus (Waters, Shanghai, China) coupled with a QE plus (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Shanghai, China) high-resolution tandem mass spectrometer was used for LC-MS analysis. Separation was performed on a Waters ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 . |
