Title Changes in hepatic metabolic profile within 3-12 hours after 70% partial hepatectomy
Description To investigate the metabolic reprogramming in the preparation phase of liver regeneration, we here analyzed and compared the hepatic metabolome features using control and renewal liver samples. Wild-type C57/BL6J mice were performed sham operation or 70% hepatectomy. Liver tissue was analyzed at 0, 3, 6, and 12 hours post resection by untargeted metabolomics, respectively.
