Title Metabolome-driven microbiome assemblage of ginger related to plant health and culture conditions
Description We performed untargeted metabolomics analysis to identify the metabolome-driven structure and function of microbial communities associated with ginger plant health, crop variety and culture conditions. Several metabolites that drive microbiome assembly are closely related to plant health and culture conditions in diverse microbial niches.
