Title Spatial Transcriptomics for adult mouse brain (H&E image and coordinates set)
Description Here we collected wild-type mouse brains at 4-months (4WT) and 24-months old (24WT), AD mouse brain at 24-months old (24AD) and AD mouse with SL treatment at 24-months old (24SL). The spatial transcriptomics libraries were constructed by using 10X Visium.The hematoxylin & eosin stain (H&E) images and coordinates here are for corresponding RNA-sequencing datasets in 10X Visium experiments.
