We characterized the conserved gene expression, chromatin accessibility, and transcription factor binding patterns across cell types and neuronal subtypes.These findings provide new insights into understanding the function of ACC and its evolutionary role in shaping human-owned higher cognitive abilities, as well as informative etiological clues to human mental disorders. |
