| Description | Human MSCs derived from umbilical cord and expanded with chemical defined medium or hPL were prepared for scRNA-seq. Briefly, the MSCs were detached with TrypLE and resuspended with 0.04% BSA in HBSS . The libraries were constructed with 10x Genomics Chromium platform and sequenced with Illumina NovaSeq 6000 System. Data were processed with10xGenomics pipeline Cell Ranger. |
