Genome-wide DNA methylation profiling in blood reveals epigenetic signature of incident acute coronary syndrome
Title | Genome-wide DNA methylation profiling in blood reveals epigenetic signature of incident acute coronary syndrome |
---|---|
Description | Baseline blood DNA methylation profiles of 751 incident ACS case-control pairs from the Dongfeng-Tongji (DFTJ) cohort were measured using the Illumina Infinium Methylation EPIC BeadChip. Differentially methylated positions (DMPs) of ACS were identified in the DFTJ samples through conditional logistic regression models with adjustment for smoking status, drinking status, BMI, hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes, the proportions of CD8T cell, CD4T cell, natural killer cell, B cells, monocytes, and neutrophils. |
