Title Proteomic analysis of cardiac tissue in cardiomyocyte-specific IL27Ra knockout mice and IL27Raflox/flox mice
Description Chromatographic Conditions: The sample was injected onto the analysis column Acclaim PepMap RSLC at a flow rate of 300 nL/min. Mobile Phase A consisted of ACN-H2O-FA , while Mobile Phase B was composed of ACN-H2O-FA . Gradient elution was carried out as follows: 0-4 min, 8-11% B; 4-36 min, 11-45% B; 36-39 min, 45-100% B; 39-45 min, 100% B. Mass Spectrometry Conditions: The experimental setup utilized the Q Exactive HF mass spectrometer with a primary MS resolution of 45,000, automatic gain control set at 3e6, and a maximum injection time of 30 ms. Mass spectra were acquired in full-scan mode within the m/z range of 350-1500, supplemented by MS/MS scans on the top 25 peaks. All MS/MS spectra employed data-dependent acquisition in positive ion mode with high-energy collision dissociation at a collision energy of 32.
