| Description | To test the performance of MethylGenotyper, we used Infinium EPIC array data of 7,410 candidate probes in 4,662 Chinese samples in the Dongfeng-Tongji (DFTJ) cohort. The 4,662 samples correspond to 4,542 unique individuals, including 114 with duplicate measurements and three with triplicate measurements. Background and dye bias corrections are conducted with the noob and the RELIC method. |
