Description | To revealed the lipid metabolism of hepatic I/R injury driven by FGF21 deficiency, we performed RNA-Seq of I/R-treated liver samples from FGF21 KO and wild-type mice. For lipidomics measurement, mouse liver tissues were harvested according to the instructions, and the sample extracts were analyzed using an LC-ESI-MS/MS system (UPLC: Shim-pack UFLC SHIMADZU CBM A system; MS: QTRAP System) by Metware (Wuhan, China). |
