Title CQUTGH single-cell RNA-seq dataset
Description Tumor growth cannot flourish without the oxygen and nutrients supplied by the blood, making angiogenesis induction one of the most critical cancer hallmarks. We generated scRNA-seq data from cancer patients to investigate tumor-infiltrating vascular cells across multiple cancer types. CQUTGH single-cell RNA-seq data included 97 samples of nine cancer types.
