Title Primary Refractory Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma
Description To comprehensively explore the differences in the tumor ecosystem at the gene level, we performed digital spatial profiling (DSP) with the Nanostring GeoMx human whole-transcriptome atlas. Five-micron formalin-fixed/paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples obtained before treatment were processed according to the GeoMx DSP protocols.
