Identification of phosphorylation sites of TPI1
Title | Identification of phosphorylation sites of TPI1 |
---|---|
Description | For the identification of phosphorylation sites on TPI1, the protein was first enriched through immunoprecipitation. Following this, protein separation was carried out using SDS-Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), and the target protein bands were visualized with Coomassie Brilliant Blue staining before excision. The samples were then subjected to trypsin digestion overnight to fragment the proteins into peptides. These peptide fractions were subsequently separated by nano-liquid chromatography and analyzed by tandem mass spectrometry for detailed phosphorylation site mapping. |
