| Description | For the identification of TPI1-interacting proteins, the sample was initially processed with immunoprecipitation to enrich TPI1 protein. Subsequently, TPI1 protein was eluted using Flag peptide. This was followed by incubation with Streptavidin-agarose beads to capture the interacting complexes. The proteins were then digested into peptides overnight with trypsin. These peptides underwent separation via liquid chromatography and were further analyzed by tandem mass spectrometry to identify the interacting proteins. |
