| Description | This project aims to explore the mechanism of the differences between susceptibility and tolerance to subacute rumen acidosis(SARA) in dairy goats, feeding the sam diets. This project used 47 goats, collected the blood samples, rumen fluid samples and rumen epithelial samples and analysis the metagenome, metabolome, transcriptome and single nucleus transcriptome. |
