| Description | Lymphocytes were isolated from spleen and lymph nodes from OVA-induced asthmatic Cd226fl/flCd4-Cre and Cd226fl/fl mice were sorted using FACS (ARIA III sorter; purify > 98%) to obtain CD4+ T cells. Cells were collected, and total RNA was extracted using TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA, USA). RNA quality was verified using an Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer (Agilent Technologies, Palo Alto, CA, USA) and checked using RNase-free agarose gel electrophoresis. RNA-Seq analysis was performed by BGI-Tech using the BGIseq500 platform (BGI, Shenzhen, China). |
