Description Sow uniform-sized soybean seeds in vermiculite, and transfer the seedlings to a hydroponic box after germination. Collect root exudates at 14 and 28 days after seeding, respectively. Replace the nutrient solution in the hydroponic box with deionized water the day before collection. Recover the solution after 24 h to obtain root exudates.
