We independently performed 16S rRNA V3-V4 amplicon and transcriptome sequencing on cancerous and adjacent normal tissue samples from 30 NSCLC patients, respectively. The clinical characteristics and prognosis particulars were meticulously collected. 16s rRNA sequencing was employed for dissecting the microbial composition and prognosis correlation. |
