| Title | RNA sequencing of peanuts |

| Description | Five tissues (flower, fruit[seed], stem, leaf and root) of accessions from Adu, Amon, H16-5, mH8, NDH108, ZP06 were selected for RNA-seq experiments. At first, all tissues were sequenced once. Some tissues were then supplementary to be sequenced of three independent experiments in replicates. The raw RNA-seq was available in PRJCA029802 and PRJCA019228. The reference genome is NDH108(H108), the detail of NDH108 was available in PRJCA029798. |
