1Summary
Title Untargeted metabolomics of plasma in glioma tumorigenesis mice transplanted with fecal bacteria
Description The sequencing data were divided into three groups: high-grade glioma patients fecal transplantation group, low-grade glioma patients fecal transplantation group, and healthy control group. Before the experiment, the mice were given antibiotics to remove the original intestinal flora of the mice and feces were transplanted from each of the above groups. Glioma seeding was then performed. The mice were executed on day 14 and plasma was collected for metabolomics.
