| Title |
Mapping the tissue-of-origins of mesenchymal stem/stromal cells in injury repair |
| Description |
Culture-expanded, bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem/stromal cells (BM-MSCs) are capable of migrating to the sites of tissue injury after intravenous transplantation. However, the behavior and physiological role of endogenous MSCs in distal organ repair are undetermined. By single-cell RNA-sequencing, we compared the transcriptional signatures among MSCs of different tissue origins. |
