| Title |
The raw count data of the transcriptome sequencing for the skin of the Mule Duck's head |
| Description |
The Mule Duck has two types of feather colors: white and black, and an individual typically has both black and white feathers. There is a significant variation in the location and size of the black feather areas among different individuals, with the head almost always having a black patch. In this project, skin samples were collected from both the black and white feathered areas of the heads of large and small black Mule Ducks for transcriptome sequencing, in hopes of discovering key regulatory genes related to the feather color of Mule Ducks. The data provided here are the raw count data from the transcriptome sequencing of the skin on the head of the Mule Duck. |
